Watersamples from a swamp

Otava school's third class made a trip into forest nearby. In the forest there is a little swamp. There pupils took watersamples which other classes are going to research afterwards. Water wasn't everything we found. From the swamp we found also cranberries so everyone got a taste of bitter wildberry. We also had our lunch by the fire. Of course we fried some sausages.

Romania - getting ready for weather report

As soon as we came back from the London meeting, we spoke to the pupils about the WIKI "weather journal" and we formed some groups who would be in charge of this activity. Right in front of the school they have put the rain measuring devices and the thermometre. The physics/chemistry teacher, Viorica Cortojan explained to the students how, how often and when to measure the temperature and the quantity of precipitations.
What if it rains at night and especially if it pours? We could approximate, I suppose. Or search other "sources".

There were lots of children, parents and grandparents who came to school for the traditional festivity that all schools in Romania organize on this last school day. They could visit the exhibition, admire the children’s works of art and find out interesting things about our Comenius project.

Water Song Festival - Poland

It was a rainy day outside... but not in our school.
Joyful atmosphere during the Festival and lots of fun gave the Water Song Competition. Each class prepared one song about water and presented in front of the audience: students, teachers, parents and H2Olunia who joined the activity. Spontaneous applause and cheering plus involvement of the students caused that the day was one of unforgettable ones.

Continuing stories in Poland

The students in class IVA were inventing the follow -up of the water drop's adventures. There were many different ideas and it was so difficult to decide on just one conception. Last week Poland finished the activity so we wish the rest good luck with the writing. It was a great fun for us!
We can't wait to see the endings of all four stories:)
